As the owner of Nasser Law, Nedeen drafts, reviews, and negotiates a variety of commercial, real estate, employment, and intellectual property contracts to get clients favorable terms and limit liability. She represents individual and corporate clients in municipal, state, and federal tax matters and analyzes clients’ existing corporate structures and advise them on corporate taxation and regulatory strategies to reduce or eliminate their risks and tax liabilities. Nedeen files and responds to office actions on pending trademark registrations both domestically and internationally through TEAS, TTAB, and other international systems and deposes clients, adversaries, and third-party witnesses in complex TTAB trials.
Before launching her own firm, Nedeen was the owner of John Q. Rodgers Law Corporation, lead attorney for Preferred Tax in Century City, CA, and was the General Counsel DPx Gear, Inc.
